Tasmanian Process Instruments (TPI) was formed in March 2002 to represent the process instrument products range from Siemens. This included the Millitronics and Danfoss instrumentation range which is now part of the Siemens organisation. In more recent times our association with Siemens has developed to the stage where TPI is now the Tasmanian Authorised Reseller for the majority of Siemens products including instrumentation, PLC´s and Variable Speed Drives.

In 2005 an association with Group Instrumentation was formed, we represent then in the supply and support of the PCME particulate monitoring products and the Procal gas analysers.

Recently TPI was appointed the Tasmanian Distributor for the Pepperl+Fuchs range of factory automation devices, With our new office at Shearwater TPI supports its Tasmanian clients state wide with administration, technical and marketing staff in representing the above companies and their respective products. This is backed up with supplier product specialist and technical service groups.

Recently TPI was appointed the Tasmanian Distributor for the Pepperl+Fuchs range of factory automation devices. These include Capacity Sensors, Inductive Sensors, Photoelectrical Sensors, Ultrasonic Sensors,
Rotary Encoders, AS-Interface, RFID & Barcode Systems, Industrial Vision Sensors, PosiTrack System, Machine safety and Cordsets.
